Handy safety thermostat
The heating element in this infrared hob consists of circular zones with a diameter of 21-30cm. The ceramic cooking surface is 6mm thick and integrated into a monoblock top. To cook at the right temperature, you can use the safety thermostat to set temperatures between 50 and 300ºC. All burners can be set separately. In addition, the hob is fitted with a thermostat with a safety switch to prevent overheating.
Works on three-phase current
The housing is made entirely from stainless steel and thanks to the welded seamless top, this professional infrared hob is easy to clean with a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent. The construction is very durable and consists of heavy-duty components for a longer life.
