This stainless steel freezer has a gross capacity of 1200L to store frozen products and fits seamlessly into most professional kitchens. The interior features energy-efficient LED lighting and six adjustable shelves that are suitable for 2/1 GN containers. The glass doors with antibacterial rubber seal includes a built-in lock and allows you to view the frozen products without opening the freezer.
Self-closing door
This professional freezer is equipped with an electronic temperature controller and digital display. This allows for easy temperature reading and setting. It also offers a wide temperature range for freezing products efficiently. The self-closing doors prevents large temperature differences. This freezer uses R290 refrigerant, which is free from CFC. It’s also equipped with a water drip tray where excess water is collected. The freezer is supported by four wheels for easy mobility, two of which have brakes to secure its’s position.
Easy to clean
This freezer features a stainless steel housing for easy cleaning. To clean the outside, simply use a damp cloth and mild detergent. The inside can be cleaned after defrosting the freezer. To defrost, remove all items and unplug the freezer from the wall socket. To speed up defrosting, gently remove ice with a plastic ice scraper. After cleaning with warm water and a soft cloth, dry the freezer thoroughly before turning it back on.
