Thanks to the heavy-duty components, this fryer can withstand daily intensive use. This electric deep fryer is specially designed for use in large and busy kitchens and can be placed in a cooking line. The deep fryer can be placed by itself on a counter or table, but you can also order a stainless steel support, with or without a door. The deep fryer has a capacity of 2 x 12 litres and the top is welded seamlessly. The fryers are processed in a monoblock.
Works on electricity
Thanks to the tap, you can quickly and easily replace old frying oil. As each product has a different frying temperature, you can set the safety thermostat of the fryer to a temperature between 110 and 190ºC.
Lids and frying baskets included
The deep fryer comes standard with stainless steel lids and frying baskets. The rounded corners on the inside of the fryer are made so that no dirt can accumulate. This makes the appliance easy to clean. With a damp cloth, warm water and a mild detergent, you can easily wipe everything clean.
